  • When are Maintenance Fees billed and when are they due?
  • Maintenance fees are typically billed in November for the subsequent year with a due date of January 1st and are considered delinquent after January 10th.  Generally, you will have at least 30 days to pay the bill.  Please remit payment, with the payment stub, in the envelope that is provided for your convenience.  If you don’t receive a bill, it is up to you to request it.  Please refer to the assessment billing and collection timeline for information regarding delinquent accounts.

  • How do I make maintenance fee payments and Special Assessment payments online?
  • For your convenience, you can manage your Polo Towers or Villas maintenance fee account online by visiting www.diamondresorts.com.  To gain access to your account you will need to register by setting up a user name and password.  If you have not set up your maintenance fee account for online access, as a first time user, please register here.  You will need your account number to enroll.  All transactions and correspondence is secured by the highest level of data encryption available on the Internet.  If your account is already setup, click here to login.
  • How do I make loan payments online?
