    • Prime Las Vegas Strip Location Polo Towers and the Villas at Polo Towers are located in the heart of the Las Vegas Boulevard between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.  The Monte Carlo Casino Resort is just across the Strip.

       
    • 24 Hour Front Desk Services with a Multilingual Staff Our expertly trained Front Desk staff is on property and able to assist you.  Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm and standard check out time is 10:00am.  Fax, Copying, Mail, Notary services and printing boarding passes are available through the Front Desk at a nominal charge.  Please inquire with the Front Desk staff if you are requesting early check in or late check out, for availability and fees.

    • Fitness Center Owners and guests to the resort can enjoy a work out in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center that features equipment from Lifecycle, Body Masters, Versa Climb, Life Stride, Nordic Track, and Cybex.  You may also enjoy the separate men's and women's steam rooms, and Massage Therapists. 

      Fitness Center hours are Monday through Saturday from 7am - 8pm and Sunday from 9am - 5pm.  The Fitness Center is closed on all major holidays.  The Fitness Center is free of charge to all Polo Towers owners utilizing their owner time and Interval International guests utilizing exchange time and charges a nominal fee to all other users.  All guests of the Fitness Center must be 18 years or older. 

      Please call (800) 935-2233 prior to your arrival or dial 54 from your room phone and ask to speak to the Fitness Center staff to book your tanning appointment, massage appointment, or any questions that you may have.

      NOTE: Suitable footwear (i.e. tennis shoes) are required to use the gym.

    • Roof Top Pool & Spa The outdoor roof top pool and spa are located on the 22nd floor in Tower III of the resort and the area is open to guests from 8:00am until 10:00pm daily.  Family time is designated between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm with adult time (16 years and older) designated from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.  The pool deck area features covered cabanas, lounge chairs, barbecue grills, outdoor sinks, restrooms, and music.  Towels are available poolside.  No Glass At Poolside Please.

      The spa is open year round, but the pool is closed seasonally based on the weather conditions.

    • Family Water Park & Play Area The family water park & play area is located on the ground floor level outside of the Polo Towers.  New to the resort in September 2004, the family water park & play area features a covered area with outside tables and lounge chairs, vending machines, and offers a variety of water and play activities.  Towels are available poolside.  Water park hours are 8:00am 9:00pm subject to seasonal change.  An adult must accompany children under 14 years old.

    • Pony Express Logo Shop & Mini-Mart The Logo Shop & Mini Mart is located just off of the main lobby in Tower I of resort.  The store hours are 6:00am - 11:00pm.  The shop offers a variety of snacks and last minute food items that you may have forgotten.  Also now available, Freshly Brewed Coffee, Muffins and Donuts. It also features numerous Polo Towers logo items including t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and more.  To reach the store from your room phone, dial 56.

    • On-site Laundry Facilities Coin Operated Washers and Dryers are located just off the elevators on floors 3, 6, 9, 12, 16 and 17 of Tower I and on floors 2, 5, 8, 11 and 15 of Tower III.  Laundry detergents and softeners are available in vending machines in each facility.

    • Games The Front Desk stocks many board games for all to enjoy.  There is no charge to check out any of games.

    • Complimentary Parking Our valet staff would be more than pleased to park your vehicle for you in our underground secured parking area subjection to restrictions on some oversized vehicles.  This is a complimentary service.  You are also welcome to self-park in our underground parking area or in our open above ground lot.  No Oversized Parking allowed. A parking pass which can be obtained from the front desk staff is necessary for self parking.

    • Concierge Services Our concierge is at your service to book activities and make reservations for you in advance of your stay. They are able to provide discount ticket prices for various shows and attractions and to make golf reservations for you.  They can offer "Las Vegas insider" advice about places to dine, area day tours or excursions, and or the many shows and activities around town.  The Concierge also provides babysitting services information.  Please contact them at (800) 935-2233 and ask to speak to the Concierge prior to your arrival to the resort or dial 57 from your room phone.  The Concierge Desk is open 8:00am - 6:00pm Mon-Thurs and 8:00am - 8:00pm Fri-Sat-Sun.

    • Housekeeping Services Our housekeeping staff will service your room on a daily basis and provide a light maid service which we refer to as towel and trash service.  This includes removing all trash from your room, removing and replacing all towels, and making your bed.  On your 4th day of your week long stay, you will also receive mid-week cleaning service.  This service includes the towel and trash service, as well as changing all sheets, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the entire unit, washing the dishes, and dusting.  Services are provided between 9:00am and 4:00pm.  After 5:00pm, contact the Front Desk for any additional housekeeping supplies. 

      The Housekeeping department also provides cribs, highchairs, shower chairs, and rollaway beds to guests needing them based on availability.  Please contact housekeeping at (800) 935-2233 prior to your arrival to the resort to request one of these extras.  You may dial the housekeeping icon button to reach housekeeping from your room phone.

    • Reservations Our reservations department is open Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 6:00pm.  Our reservations team can check resort availability, book resort reservations, and answer any questions that you may have regarding your resort stay.  The reservations team can be reached prior to your arrival to the resort at (800) 935-2233.

    • Bell Desk Our full service bell desk is available to you 24 hours a day.  They are available to unload your vehicle upon your arrival and load up your vehicle upon your departure.  The bell desk will also make shuttle service arrangements for you to the airport for a nominal fee.  If your room is not ready upon check in or you have a late flight, the bell desk will store your luggage in a secured storage area for you at no charge.  The bell desk also provides a wheelchair and stroller rental service, as well as same day dry-cleaning.  Please call (800) 935-2233 and ask to speak to the Bell Desk or dial the bell desk icon from your room phone.

    • Security Polo Towers has 24 hour security officers both inside and outside.  They are happy to assist you with lost and found items, key assists, room escorts, and more.
